Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

    • Damage Or Defective Products : If you receive a Damage Or Defective product.

    • Missing Items : If any item is missing from your order.

To Be Eligible For a Refund, You Must Follow These Steps:

    • Record a Video at the Time of Unboxing :

Customers must record an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened for the first time.

The video should be continuous, without cuts or edits, and should clearly display the issue (damaged/incorrect product or missing items).

    • Report the Issue Within 24 Hours:

WhatsApp us at 92270 91900 with the order details, video proof, and a brief description of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Review & Approval :

Our team will review the video and assess the claim. If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 4/5 business days.

If the video is not provided or is unclear, we may not be able to process your request.

If the claim is approved, you will have to send the product to us by courier on our address.

    • Product Survey Before Refund :

If we receive a product back due to damage or incorrect product, we will survey the product as per your video proof before initiating a refund.

The final decision on approval of a refund or replacement rests solely with ArkTatva.

    • Refund Approval :

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
